目的:探讨手术室绩效管理对护理质量的影响。方法2012年采用传统绩效考核方法(传统组),即单纯以专业技术职务系数和工作数量进行护士绩效考核;2013年采用改进后的绩效考核方法(改进组),即综合护士层级系数、工作数量、工作质量、患者和医生满意度、专项奖惩等方面进行护士绩效考核。比较两组手术室护理质量,患者和医生满意度、护士对绩效考核满意度等情况。结果改进组在护理质量、患者和医生满意度、护士对绩效考核满意度等方面均较传统组提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进后的绩效考核方法能促进护士增强工作责任感和发挥积极性,能提高护理质量、患者和医生满意度、护士对绩效考核满意度等,有利于手术室护理工作的高效开展。

목적:탐토수술실적효관리대호리질량적영향。방법2012년채용전통적효고핵방법(전통조),즉단순이전업기술직무계수화공작수량진행호사적효고핵;2013년채용개진후적적효고핵방법(개진조),즉종합호사층급계수、공작수량、공작질량、환자화의생만의도、전항장징등방면진행호사적효고핵。비교량조수술실호리질량,환자화의생만의도、호사대적효고핵만의도등정황。결과개진조재호리질량、환자화의생만의도、호사대적효고핵만의도등방면균교전통조제고,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론개진후적적효고핵방법능촉진호사증강공작책임감화발휘적겁성,능제고호리질량、환자화의생만의도、호사대적효고핵만의도등,유리우수술실호리공작적고효개전。
Objective To explore the effect of performance management on improving nursing quality in the operating room. Methods The traditional performance appraisal method (traditional group ) was employed in the year of 2012 ,which as-sessed nurses′performance merely by professional title and workload;while the improved performance appraisal method (improve-ment group) was used in the year of 2013,which evaluated nurses′performance by professional title,workload,nursing quality, patients′and doctors′satisfaction,system of rewards and penalties synthetically. The operating rooms nursing quality ,patients′and doctors′satisfactory,nurses′satisfactory to performance appraisal and so on in the two groups were compared. Results The nurs-ing quality,patients′and doctors′satisfactory and nurses′satisfaction to performance appraisal had been all enhanced in the im-provement group than those in the traditional group,the difference all had statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The improved performance appraisal method can effectively facilitate the nurses′sense of responsibility,work motivation and enhance the nursing quality,as well as patients′,doctors′and nurses′satisfaction. It benefits to carry out the nursing services in the operating room efficiently.
