目的:研究复方黄芪丸对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将实验小鼠随机分为复方黄芪丸高剂量组(3.90 g/kg)、复方黄芪丸中剂量组(1.95 g/kg)、复方黄芪丸低剂量组(0.65 g/kg)、贞芪扶正组(5.4 g/kg)及溶剂对照组,通过测定药物对小鼠网状内皮细胞碳粒廓清吞噬指数、耳郭肿胀率、半数溶血值及免疫器官质量的作用来观察复方黄芪丸对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果复方黄芪丸中、高剂量组小鼠碳粒廓清吞噬指数显著增加,迟发型超敏反应所导致的耳郭肿胀显著减轻,半数溶血值显著提高,免疫器官脾指数和胸腺指数显著增加,与溶剂对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,复方黄芪丸高剂量组作用略强于贞芪扶正组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中、高剂量复方黄芪丸具有增强小鼠体液免疫及细胞免疫的作用。

목적:연구복방황기환대소서면역공능적영향。방법장실험소서수궤분위복방황기환고제량조(3.90 g/kg)、복방황기환중제량조(1.95 g/kg)、복방황기환저제량조(0.65 g/kg)、정기부정조(5.4 g/kg)급용제대조조,통과측정약물대소서망상내피세포탄립곽청탄서지수、이곽종창솔、반수용혈치급면역기관질량적작용래관찰복방황기환대소서면역공능적영향。결과복방황기환중、고제량조소서탄립곽청탄서지수현저증가,지발형초민반응소도치적이곽종창현저감경,반수용혈치현저제고,면역기관비지수화흉선지수현저증가,여용제대조조비교,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。차외,복방황기환고제량조작용략강우정기부정조,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론중、고제량복방황기환구유증강소서체액면역급세포면역적작용。
Objective To investigate the influence of compound astragalus pills on immune function of mice. Methods The experimental mice were randomly divided into five groups:high-dose group of astragalus pills(3.90 g/kg),medium-dose group of astragalus pills(1.95 g/kg),low-dose group of astragalus pills(0.65 g/kg),Zhenqi Fuzheng group(5.4 g/kg) and solvent control group. The effects of compound astragalus pill on immune function of mice were observed by detecting the mice reticuloendothelial cells carbon clearance phagocytic index(K),pinna swelling rate,serum half hemolysis value(HC50) and weight of immune organ. Results The groups with medium and high-dose of compound astragalus pill had obvious growth on mice reticuloendothelial cells carbon clearance phagocytic index,HC50,immune organ spleen index and thymus index,and prominent alleviation of pinna swelling induced by delayed type hypersensitivity,the difference had statistical significance compared with the solvent control group (P<0.05). Additionally,the effect of high-dose group was slightly stronger than that of the Zhenqi Fuzheng group,without statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The medium and high-dose of compound Astragalus pill has ability to increase humoral immunity and cellular immunity in mice.
