目的：探讨小剂量芬太尼在无痛胃镜检查中的临床麻醉效果。方法：对我门诊进行无痛胃镜检查的80例患者资料进行分析，将患者按照治疗时间分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉，实验组在对照组基础上联合小剂量芬太尼，比较2组麻醉效果。结果：实验组镇痛起效时间为0．4±1．6分，低于对照组（P＜0．05）；实验组VAS评分在5分钟时为7．2±2．1、90分钟时为2．2±1．5和对照组相比差异显著（P＜0．05）；实验组4例痛苦反应，患者手术时间为4．25±1．28分钟，患者手术后5．58±1．73分钟清醒，对我院检查均比较满意高于对照组。结论：在无痛胃镜检查中采用小剂量芬太尼麻醉效果较好，值得推广使用。
목적：탐토소제량분태니재무통위경검사중적림상마취효과。방법：대아문진진행무통위경검사적80례환자자료진행분석，장환자안조치료시간분위실험조화대조조。대조조채용병박분마취，실험조재대조조기출상연합소제량분태니，비교2조마취효과。결과：실험조진통기효시간위0．4±1．6분，저우대조조（P＜0．05）；실험조VAS평분재5분종시위7．2±2．1、90분종시위2．2±1．5화대조조상비차이현저（P＜0．05）；실험조4례통고반응，환자수술시간위4．25±1．28분종，환자수술후5．58±1．73분종청성，대아원검사균비교만의고우대조조。결론：재무통위경검사중채용소제량분태니마취효과교호，치득추엄사용。
Objective:To study the small dose of fentanyl in the effectiveness of clinical anesthesia in painless gastroscopy .Methods:to my clinic data of 80 patients of painless gastroscopy were analyzed , and the patients in accordance with the treatment time could be divided into the experimental group and control group .Control group using propofol anesthesia , the experimental group on the basis of the control in combination with small dose of fentanyl , comparing two groups of narcotic effect .Results:The analgesic effect of time was (0.4 +1.6) lower than the control group (P <0.05);Experimental VAS score in 5 min for (7.2 +2.1), and 90 min for (2.2-1.5) and the con-trol group when compared with significant difference (P <0.05);Experimental group 4 patients with pain response , surgery time was (4.25 +/-1.28 min), (5.58 +/-1.73 min) after surgery in patients with conscious , satisfied with our inspection were relatively higher than the control group .Conclusion:in painless gastroscopy using small dose fentanyl anesthesia effect is good , should be worth pro-moting.
