目的：探讨美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗快速性心律失常的临床效果和安全性。方法：将我院快速性心律失常患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组同时给予美托洛尔联合胺碘酮联合治疗，评估2组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果：观察组患者平均动脉压及平均心率明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。观察组患者平均动脉压及平均心率明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。2组均未见明显的毒副作用。结论：美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗快速性心律失常的临床效果显著，安全，值得应用。
목적：탐토미탁락이연합알전동치료쾌속성심률실상적림상효과화안전성。방법：장아원쾌속성심률실상환자70례수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조급여상규치료，관찰조동시급여미탁락이연합알전동연합치료，평고2조림상치료효과급안전성。결과：관찰조환자평균동맥압급평균심솔명현저우대조조（P＜0．05）。관찰조환자평균동맥압급평균심솔명현저우대조조（P＜0．05）。2조균미견명현적독부작용。결론：미탁락이연합알전동치료쾌속성심률실상적림상효과현저，안전，치득응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of metoprolol and amiodarone in treating tachyarrhythmia .Methods:The 70 cases with acute pancreatitis were divided into the observe group and the control group .The control group received the metoprolol treatment ,and the observe group received the treatment of metoprolol and amiodarone .Results:The effective power rate in the observe group was more than those in control group (P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure and mean heart rate in the observe group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05).There was no severe subsidiary reaction in them .Conclusion:The effect of metoprolol and amiodarone in treating tach-yarrhythmia might be obvious and the subsidiary reaction should be few ,so they should be worth being used .
