目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床疗效.方法选取我院就诊的42例单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者,随机均分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合无环鸟苷滴眼液进行治疗,实验组患者用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液进行治疗.比较两组患者治疗痊愈率和总有效率、角膜溃疡改善情况及不良反应发生率的差异.结果实验组患者痊愈率和总有效率分别为66.7％和90.5％,均显著高于对照组的28.6％和61.9％ (P＜0.05);实验组角膜溃疡改善情况显著优于对照组(P＜ 0.05);两组患者均无不良反应发生(P＞0.05).结论用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效确切,见效快,无不良反应.
목적 탐토감성성섬유세포생장인자적안액치료단순포진성각막염적림상료효.방법 선취아원취진적42례단순포진성각막염환자,수궤균분위대조조화실험조,대조조환자용경석락위안용응효연합무배조감적안액진행치료,실험조환자용경석락위안용응효연합감성성섬유세포생장인자적안액진행치료.비교량조환자치료전유솔화총유효솔、각막궤양개선정황급불량반응발생솔적차이.결과 실험조환자전유솔화총유효솔분별위66.7％화90.5％,균현저고우대조조적28.6％화61.9％ (P＜0.05);실험조각막궤양개선정황현저우우대조조(P＜ 0.05);량조환자균무불량반응발생(P＞0.05).결론 용경석락위안용응효연합감성성섬유세포생장인자적안액치료단순포진성각막염료효학절,견효쾌,무불량반응.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of eye drops of basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods 42 patients with herpes simplex keratitis from our hospital were randomly divided into a control group receiving ganciclovir ophthalmic gel combined with acyclovir eye drops and an experimental group receiving ganciclovir ophthalmic gel combined with eye drops of basic fibroblast growth factor.The cure rate,total effective rate,improvement of corneal ulcers,and adverse reactions rate of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 66.7％ and 90.5％,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of the control group (28.6％ and 61.9％) (P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of corneal ulcers were better in the experimental group than in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in both groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Ganciclovir ophthalmic gel combined with eye drops of basic fibroblast growth factor for herpes simplex keratitis is effective and has rapid onset and no adverse reaction.
