党中央在十六大会议时就明确指出要大力发展社会主义民主政治，而政治参与是民主政治重要特征之一，因此，扩大政治参与无疑促进了社会主义民主政治建设发展。20世纪90年代后，互联网迅速发展起来，它以一种全新的形式扩大了信息传递的空间，以一种全新的理念和方式改变着人们的生活。公民网络政治参与正逐渐成为推动我国社会主义民主政治建设的动力。本文通过对国内外关于网络政治参与角度的梳理，为进一步研究提供一定的理论依据和分析途径。
