目的:采用HPLC测定考察头孢呋辛酯片含量及有关物质。方法流动相A:0.2 mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液,流动相B:甲醇,A∶B=62∶38,流速:1 mL/min;柱温:28℃;检测波长:278 nm;进样量:20μL。结果回归方程Y=600.4X+2.781,r=0.9999,0.048288~0.6036μg/mL线性关系良好。结论所用方法可用于孢呋辛酯片的测定及有关物质的检查。

목적:채용HPLC측정고찰두포부신지편함량급유관물질。방법류동상A:0.2 mol/L린산이경안용액,류동상B:갑순,A∶B=62∶38,류속:1 mL/min;주온:28℃;검측파장:278 nm;진양량:20μL。결과회귀방정Y=600.4X+2.781,r=0.9999,0.048288~0.6036μg/mL선성관계량호。결론소용방법가용우포부신지편적측정급유관물질적검사。
Objective To establish a method for determination of cefuroxime axetil and its related substances. Methods The analysis was performed by HPLC, a mobile phase of 0.2 mol/L dihydrogen phosphate amine solution-methanol (62∶38) with a flow rate at 1mL/min. The UV detective wavelength was 278 nm. Results The calibration curves showed good linear response ranged from 0.048288 to 0.6036μg/mL for cefuroxime axetil tablets and its related substances .Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, specific, and can be used for quality control of cefuroxime axetil and examination of its related substances.
