目的:通过增加基础胰岛素比例,观察其对2型糖尿病患者的糖代谢的影响。方法将我院内分泌科住院的在1周内以“3速1长”胰岛素强化方案控制良好的2型糖尿病患者64例,每日其基础胰岛素比例均<30%,所有病例均无严重并发症及伴发症,且肝肾功能正常,按基础胰岛素比例随机分为高比例组(优泌乐25注射液)32例和低比例组(原方案)32例,数据采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计学分析。结果两组患者之间治疗6周后FPG、HbA1c相比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组间每日胰岛素总量比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论增加基础胰岛素比例,可以减少2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素总量,同样达到血糖良好控制的目的。

목적:통과증가기출이도소비례,관찰기대2형당뇨병환자적당대사적영향。방법장아원내분비과주원적재1주내이“3속1장”이도소강화방안공제량호적2형당뇨병환자64례,매일기기출이도소비례균<30%,소유병례균무엄중병발증급반발증,차간신공능정상,안기출이도소비례수궤분위고비례조(우비악25주사액)32례화저비례조(원방안)32례,수거채용SPSS19.0연건진행통계학분석。결과량조환자지간치료6주후FPG、HbA1c상비교균무통계학의의(P>0.05),단량조간매일이도소총량비교유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론증가기출이도소비례,가이감소2형당뇨병환자적이도소총량,동양체도혈당량호공제적목적。
Objective To evaluate the influence of the basal insulin on the glycometabolism of the type 2 diabetic patients by increasing the proportion of the basal insulin.Methods 64 type 2 diabetic patients in the endocrinology department, under control of the reinforcement treatment (3 short-acting insulins plus 1 protamine zinc insulin), with the proportion of daily basal insulin lower than 30%,with no serious complication and normal hepatorenal function, were randomly divided into high proportion group (Lispro 25 injection) and low proportion group (the original treatment).The data were analyzed statistically with the help of SPSS19.0 software. Results After six weeks’ treatment,FPG and HbAlc of the two groups do not differ statistically(P>0.05),compared with the data from the same one collected before the treatment. But the total amount of insulin of the two groups differ statistically,compared with the data collected after the two months’ treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion By increasing the proportion of the basal insulin,the patients’ total amount of insulin can be reduced and plasma glucose will be under control as well.
