目的：通过对出院药抗菌药物限制性使用的情况分析，进一步提高抗菌药物的合理应用，促进临床用药安全。方法查阅中心药房2012年9月至2013年8月所有的出院药的处方，分别按科室统计及记录每个月出院药的处方中有使用抗生素的处方数以及当月出院药的总处方数。结果出院药总处方29411张，使用抗菌药总处方物1122张，占3.81%。结论我院出院药使用抗菌药物的情况基本合理，但仍存在一定问题，需要药师与医师多沟通，尽量减少抗生素的滥用带来的危害。
목적：통과대출원약항균약물한제성사용적정황분석，진일보제고항균약물적합리응용，촉진림상용약안전。방법사열중심약방2012년9월지2013년8월소유적출원약적처방，분별안과실통계급기록매개월출원약적처방중유사용항생소적처방수이급당월출원약적총처방수。결과출원약총처방29411장，사용항균약총처방물1122장，점3.81%。결론아원출원약사용항균약물적정황기본합리，단잉존재일정문제，수요약사여의사다구통，진량감소항생소적람용대래적위해。
Objective To promote the reasonable use of the antibacterial agents as well as the safety of clinical drugs through an analysis on the restriction of the antibacterial agents in discharge medications. Methods Refered to the discharged medication prescriptions from August 2013 to February 2013 in the central pharmacy, added up the number of the prescriptions with an antibiotic based on different sections in every month. And according to the statistics to calculate the usage rate of antibiotics, then made some charts with Microsoft Excel for discussing. Results The total amount of the prescriptions which were checked was 29411, but there were only 1122 pieces of these with antibiotics , accounting for 3.81%. Conclusion The usage of antibiotics were basically reasonable in our hospital,though still existed some problem. So it was very important for chemists and doctors to communicate in order to reduce the harm cause for abused antibiotics.
