目的：探讨生长抑素（SS）联合前列腺素E1（PGE1）治疗重症急性胰腺炎的有效性及安全性。方法将80例重症急性胰腺炎按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予SS治疗，观察组加用PGE1治疗，治疗7 d比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率（95.0%）高于对照组（72.5%），观察组恢复进食时间、体征缓解时间、症状缓解时间、平均住院时间、血淀粉酶水平均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 SS联合PGE1治疗SAP安全有效，促进了患者恢复，具有推广应用价值。
목적：탐토생장억소（SS）연합전렬선소E1（PGE1）치료중증급성이선염적유효성급안전성。방법장80례중증급성이선염안조수궤수표법분위관찰조화대조조각40례，대조조급여SS치료，관찰조가용PGE1치료，치료7 d비교량조환자적치료효과화불량반응。결과관찰조총유효솔（95.0%）고우대조조（72.5%），관찰조회복진식시간、체정완해시간、증상완해시간、평균주원시간、혈정분매수평균저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론 SS연합PGE1치료SAP안전유효，촉진료환자회복，구유추엄응용개치。
Objective To investigate safety and efficacy of somatostatin combined with prostaglandin E1 in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 80 cases of severe acute pancreatitis according to the random number table method is divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group, the control group was treated with SS, the observation group was treated with PGE1, after 7 days, the curative effect and adverse reaction were compared in two groups.Results Total effective rate of observation group(95.0%) was higher than that of the control group(72.5%), the observation group recovery time of eating, signs, symptoms time, hospitalization time, blood amylase levels were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SS combined with PGE1 in the treatment of SAP is safe and effective, to promote the recovery of patients, and has popularization and application value.
