Rhizoma Phragmitis Polysaccharide%Kidney%Antioxidant
目的:探讨芦根多糖对高脂诱导大鼠肾损伤的保护作用。方法制备高脂诱导大鼠肾损伤模型,将高脂大鼠分成3组,每组各10只,分别为芦根多糖高(300 mg/kg)、低剂量组(150 mg/kg)和对照组,其中高剂量组每日灌胃给予芦根多糖300 mg/kg,低剂量组每日灌胃给予芦根多糖150 mg/kg,对照组每日给予等量纯净水,连续灌胃13周,测定24 h尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、肾脏丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)及肾小球内径。结果与对照组比较,芦根多糖高剂量组2 h尿蛋白定量、血清BUN、血清Cr、TC、TG、肾组织MDA、LDL-C、Ox-LDL等明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),肾组织SOD明显升高(P<0.01),显微结构肾小球内径明显减小(P<0.05);而低剂量组虽有一定的改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芦根多糖具有降脂抗氧化作用,能减少脂质过氧化产物,减轻对肾脏的损伤,同时具有减轻尿蛋白排泄及减小肾小球内径的作用,因此其对高脂造成大鼠肾损害具有一定的保护作用。

목적:탐토호근다당대고지유도대서신손상적보호작용。방법제비고지유도대서신손상모형,장고지대서분성3조,매조각10지,분별위호근다당고(300 mg/kg)、저제량조(150 mg/kg)화대조조,기중고제량조매일관위급여호근다당300 mg/kg,저제량조매일관위급여호근다당150 mg/kg,대조조매일급여등량순정수,련속관위13주,측정24 h뇨단백정량、혈청기항(Cr)、뇨소담(BUN)、총담고순(TC)、삼선감유(TG)、신장병이철(MDA)、초양화물기화매(SOD)、저밀도지단백(LDL-C)、양화저밀도지단백(Ox-LDL)급신소구내경。결과여대조조비교,호근다당고제량조2 h뇨단백정량、혈청BUN、혈청Cr、TC、TG、신조직MDA、LDL-C、Ox-LDL등명현강저(P<0.05혹P<0.01),신조직SOD명현승고(P<0.01),현미결구신소구내경명현감소(P<0.05);이저제량조수유일정적개선,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론호근다당구유강지항양화작용,능감소지질과양화산물,감경대신장적손상,동시구유감경뇨단백배설급감소신소구내경적작용,인차기대고지조성대서신손해구유일정적보호작용。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Phragmitis Polysaccharide against fat-induced renal injury in rats. Methods The model for Rhizoma Phragmitis Polysaccharide on kidney in hyperlipidemia-induced rats was made, and high-fat rats were divided into three groups, which were high-dose group (300 mg/kg), low-dose group (150 mg/kg) and the control group with 10 rats in each group. Rats were given Rhizoma Phragmitis Polysaccharide for 300, 150 mg/kg and amount of pure water by gavage for 13 weeks, respectively, then 24-hour urinary protein excretion, serum creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), kidney malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), oxidized low-density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL) and glomerular inside diameter were measured. Results Compared with the control group, high-dose group with 24-hour urinary protein excretion and serum BUN, serum Cr, TC and TG renal tissue MDA, LDL-C and Ox-LDL were significantly lower (P<0.05 or P<0.01), renal tissue SOD increased significantly (P<0.01), the inside diameter of the microstructure of the glomerular reduced significantly (P< 0.05); while low doses had some improvement with above index, but withnot statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Phragmites polysaccharide can reduce lipid peroxida-tion, reduce urinary protein excretion and glomerular diameter, so it has a protective effect on fat rat kidney damage.
