目的：探讨临床护理路径在鼻内镜下鼻窦炎围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法分析我院2012年3月至2014年1月收治的鼻内镜下鼻窦炎患者40例临床资料，根据是否实施临床护理路径措施进行临床分组，常规护理组20例和临床护理路径组20例。结果临床护理路径组鼻内镜下鼻窦炎围手术期患者术后出血、疼痛、感染等并发症的发生率明显低于常规护理组，P＜0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径在鼻内镜下鼻窦炎围手术期护理应用后可以明显降低术后并发症的发生率，提高预后质量，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토림상호리로경재비내경하비두염위수술기호리중적응용효과。방법분석아원2012년3월지2014년1월수치적비내경하비두염환자40례림상자료，근거시부실시림상호리로경조시진행림상분조，상규호리조20례화림상호리로경조20례。결과림상호리로경조비내경하비두염위수술기환자술후출혈、동통、감염등병발증적발생솔명현저우상규호리조，P＜0.05，차이균유통계학의의。결론림상호리로경재비내경하비두염위수술기호리응용후가이명현강저술후병발증적발생솔，제고예후질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach application result of Endoscopic sinus operation period nursing by clinical nursing path. Method To analyze 40 cases clinical data of Endoscopic sinus operation period in our hospital from 2012-03 to 2014-01,which was to be divided into conventional nursing group 20 cases and clinical nursing path group 20 cases. Result The Postoperative bleeding,pain,infection and other complications of clinical nursing path group were lower than conventional nursing group,P<0.05,the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications of Endoscopic sinus operation period nursing by clinical nursing path was obviously decreased,quality of prognosis was increased,which was to be used.
