目的:探讨TWINFIX带线锚钉在MCL损伤修复和重建中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的48例MCL损伤患者病例资料,所有病例均行TWINFIX带线锚钉修复和重建MCL,术后膝关节用石膏托固定于中立位并保证轻度内翻,观察其近期和远期疗效。结果48例患者术后切口均愈合良好,术后6个月膝关节功能Lysholm评分(95.3±5.8),与术前(27.4±8.4)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中优42例,良4例,可2例。术后Lysholm评分各指标均高于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TWINFIX带线锚钉能显著提高MCL损伤的近期和远期临床疗效,在MCL损伤的修复和重建中具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the TWINFIX with wire anchors in MCL injury repair and reconstruction of clinical value. Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 cases in our hospital clinical data of patients with medial knee ligament injury, all patients underwent TWINFIX anchor with line repair and reconstruction of MCL, postoperative knee with plaster immobilization in neutral position and to ensure that the mild turn observe the immediate and long-term efficacy. Results 48 patients incisions healed well after 6 months Lysholm knee function score (95.3 ± 5.8), and preoperative (27.4±8.4) was statistically significant difference (P<0.01);were excellent in 42 cases, good in 4 cases, 2 cases. Postoperative Lysholm score indexes were higher than before the surgery, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion TWINFIX with wire anchors MCL injury can significantly improve the short-term and long-term clinical efficacy has important clinical value in the repair and reconstruction of the MCL injury.
