目的：分析早产儿发生的原因，提出预防早产儿的措施，降低早产儿发生率。方法回顾性调查2008年~2011年在本院收治的439例早产儿临床资料。结果孕母既往流产史、胎膜早破及不明原因早产的主要病因。结论早产与孕母因素密切相关，预防早产的关键是减少流产、防止胎膜早破等。
목적：분석조산인발생적원인，제출예방조산인적조시，강저조산인발생솔。방법회고성조사2008년~2011년재본원수치적439례조산인림상자료。결과잉모기왕유산사、태막조파급불명원인조산적주요병인。결론조산여잉모인소밀절상관，예방조산적관건시감소유산、방지태막조파등。
Objective Analyze the reasons of the occurrence premature, put forward the prevention measures for premature, reduce the incidence of premature infants. Methods Retrospective survey in clinical data of 439 cases of premature infants treated in our hospital in 2008~2011. Results Pregnant mothers' post history of abortion, premature rupture of membranes and unkown reasons are the main reasons for the premature birth. Conclusions Premature pregnancy is closely related to factors of pregnant mothers, the key to prevent preterm births is to reduce abortions, prevent premature rupture of membranes, etc.
