目的:观察分析影响腹透患者营养和蛋白质摄入的相关因素,并作临床研究。方法选取2009年~2013年来我院进行腹透的患者43例,以SGA法评价患者营养状态并依照结果分成营养良好、轻中度营养不良、重度营养不良组,分别测定三组患者的Scr、ALB、PA、CPR、CH等,对比各组指标结果。结果经评估43例患者中有26(60.5%)例营养良好,11(25.6%)例轻度营养不良,6(13.9%)例重度营养不良,各组间的Scr、ALB、PA、CPR、CH等指标比较具有统计意义(P<0.01)。结论腹透患者发生营养不良的概率很高,且大多是高转运类型, Scr、ALB、PA、CPR、CH等是重要影响因素,及时纠正可显著提高营养状态。

목적:관찰분석영향복투환자영양화단백질섭입적상관인소,병작림상연구。방법선취2009년~2013년래아원진행복투적환자43례,이SGA법평개환자영양상태병의조결과분성영양량호、경중도영양불량、중도영양불량조,분별측정삼조환자적Scr、ALB、PA、CPR、CH등,대비각조지표결과。결과경평고43례환자중유26(60.5%)례영양량호,11(25.6%)례경도영양불량,6(13.9%)례중도영양불량,각조간적Scr、ALB、PA、CPR、CH등지표비교구유통계의의(P<0.01)。결론복투환자발생영양불량적개솔흔고,차대다시고전운류형, Scr、ALB、PA、CPR、CH등시중요영향인소,급시규정가현저제고영양상태。
Objective To analyze the influence to drain patients nutrition and protein intake of related factors, and clinical research. Methods From 2009 to 2013 in our hospital for patients with abdominal through 80 people, with SGA method to evaluate the nutritional state of patients and in accordance with the results into the nutrition, mild-to-moderate malnutrition, severe malnutrition group, determination of three groups of patients, respectively, Scr, propagated, PA, CPR, CH, etc. Results from each index were compared. Results 80 patients by way of assessment of 26(60.5%) were in good nutrition, 11(25.6%) with mild malnutrition, 6(13.9%) of severe malnutrition, each group of Scr, propagated, PA, CPR, CH indicators such as comparison of statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion The patients to drain a high risk of malnutrition, and mostly high transport type, Scr, propagated, PA, CPR, CH is an important influencing factors, such as timely correct can significantly improve the nutritional status.
