目的：对传统手术方法与微创手术方法治疗小儿疝气的临床效果进行观察对比。方法：2011年8月-2013年8月收治疝气患儿120例，随机分成对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组采取传统手术方法进行治疗，治疗组则采取微创手术方法进行治疗。对两组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及自由活动时间等方面进行对比。结果：治疗组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及自由活动时间均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组并发症发生率43.33%，治疗组发生率18.33%，两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采取微创手术治疗小儿疝气具有安全性高、手术时间短、并发症发生率低等优势，能够在较短时间内改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广使用。

목적：대전통수술방법여미창수술방법치료소인산기적림상효과진행관찰대비。방법：2011년8월-2013년8월수치산기환인120례，수궤분성대조조화치료조각60례。대조조채취전통수술방법진행치료，치료조칙채취미창수술방법진행치료。대량조술중출혈량、수술시간、주원시간、병발증발생솔급자유활동시간등방면진행대비。결과：치료조술중출혈량、수술시간、주원시간、병발증발생솔급자유활동시간균우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；대조조병발증발생솔43.33%，치료조발생솔18.33%，량조수거대비차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：채취미창수술치료소인산기구유안전성고、수술시간단、병발증발생솔저등우세，능구재교단시간내개선환자생활질량，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To explore the effect of the traditional operation and minimally invasive operation in the treatment of infantile hernia.Methods:120 children cases with colic were selected from August 2011 to August 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 60 cases in each.The control group were treated with traditional operation method.The treatment group were treated with minimally invasive operation.We compared the intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time,complications and free play time of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group, the intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time,complications and free play time were all better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the complication rate was 43.33%.In the treatment group,the incidence was 18.33% .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking the minimally invasive operation in the treatment of infantile hernia has many advantages,such as high safety,short operation time,low complication rate and so on.It can improve the life quality of patients in a relatively short period of time,and it is worthy of clinical use.
