目的：探讨美容横纹小切口不缝皮阑尾切除术的临床价值。方法：1998年5月-2012年7月收治施行不缝皮小切口阑尾切除术患者108例，观察疗效。结果：除个别病例出现切口内线头肉芽肿外，无其他任何并发症发生。结论：美容横纹小切口不缝皮阑尾切除术具有手术损伤小、基本无出血、手术时间短、术后疼痛较轻、并发症少、患者恢复快等优点，有较高的临床应用价值。
目的：探討美容橫紋小切口不縫皮闌尾切除術的臨床價值。方法：1998年5月-2012年7月收治施行不縫皮小切口闌尾切除術患者108例，觀察療效。結果：除箇彆病例齣現切口內線頭肉芽腫外，無其他任何併髮癥髮生。結論：美容橫紋小切口不縫皮闌尾切除術具有手術損傷小、基本無齣血、手術時間短、術後疼痛較輕、併髮癥少、患者恢複快等優點，有較高的臨床應用價值。
목적：탐토미용횡문소절구불봉피란미절제술적림상개치。방법：1998년5월-2012년7월수치시행불봉피소절구란미절제술환자108례，관찰료효。결과：제개별병례출현절구내선두육아종외，무기타임하병발증발생。결론：미용횡문소절구불봉피란미절제술구유수술손상소、기본무출혈、수술시간단、술후동통교경、병발증소、환자회복쾌등우점，유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of beauty horizontal grain small incision without sew leather appendectomy. Methods:108 cases with without sew leather small incision appendectomy were selected from May 1998 to July 2012.The curative effect was observed.Results:In addition,the incision of individual case appeared thread residue granuloma inside.No any other complications occurred.Conclusion:The beauty horizontal grain small incision without sew leather appendectomy has the advantages,such as little operation trauma,no bleeding, short operation time,light postoperative pain,fewer complications,quick recovery in patients.It has a high clinical application value.
