目的：比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术和开腹胆囊切除术的治疗效果。方法：将良性胆囊疾病患者183例随机分为两组，腹腔镜组103例实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术，开腹组80例实施传统开腹胆囊切除术，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间等指标。结果：腹腔镜组手术时间较开腹组长，术中出血量少于开腹组，术后下床活动时间和胃肠功能恢复时间均早于开腹组，住院时间短于开腹组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术创伤小、恢复快，在准确掌握适应证和认真操作下，并发症发生率可以控制在较低水平，开腹胆囊切除术适应证广，技术成熟，可应对复杂病变。
목적：비교복강경담낭절제술화개복담낭절제술적치료효과。방법：장량성담낭질병환자183례수궤분위량조，복강경조103례실시복강경담낭절제술，개복조80례실시전통개복담낭절제술，비교량조수술시간、술중출혈량、술후하상활동시간、위장공능회복시간급주원시간등지표。결과：복강경조수술시간교개복조장，술중출혈량소우개복조，술후하상활동시간화위장공능회복시간균조우개복조，주원시간단우개복조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：복강경담낭절제술창상소、회복쾌，재준학장악괄응증화인진조작하，병발증발생솔가이공제재교저수평，개복담낭절제술괄응증엄，기술성숙，가응대복잡병변。
Objective:To compare the treatment effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy.Methods:183 cases with benign gallbladder disease were randomly divided into two groups.103 cases in the laparoscopy group were given laparoscopic cholecystectomy.80 cases in the laparotomy group were given the traditional open cholecystectomy.The operation time,intraoperatve blood soss,postoperative ambulation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time and other indicators of two groups were compared.Results:The operation time of the laparoscopy group was longer than that of the laparotomy group.The intraoperatve blood soss was less.The postoperative ambulation time and gastrointestinal function recovery time were earlier.The hospitalization time was shorter.The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has small trauma,quick recovery.In the accurate indications and careful operation,the incidence rate of complication can be controlled at a lower level.The open cholecystectomy has wide indications,mature technology.It can deal with complex lesions.
