目的：调查本院骨科在手术期间抗菌药物的具体使用情况，提高骨科应用抗菌药物的科学合理性。方法：2012年3月-2013年9月收治开放性骨伤患者622例，研究患者的临床手术资料，分析患者在手术期间使用抗菌类药品的实际状况和使用效果。结果：本院骨科在开放性骨伤手术期间应用的抗菌药物主要是林可霉素类药物和头孢菌素类药物；手术期间使用抗菌类药物存在预防用药时间过长，药物选择不恰当等问题。结论：在给患者进行骨科手术期间，应根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》并结合患者的实际病状，科学合理地选用适当的药物。
목적：조사본원골과재수술기간항균약물적구체사용정황，제고골과응용항균약물적과학합이성。방법：2012년3월-2013년9월수치개방성골상환자622례，연구환자적림상수술자료，분석환자재수술기간사용항균류약품적실제상황화사용효과。결과：본원골과재개방성골상수술기간응용적항균약물주요시림가매소류약물화두포균소류약물；수술기간사용항균류약물존재예방용약시간과장，약물선택불흡당등문제。결론：재급환자진행골과수술기간，응근거《항균약물림상응용지도원칙》병결합환자적실제병상，과학합리지선용괄당적약물。
Objective:To survey the specific use of antimicrobial agents in the hospital department of orthopedics operation period, in order to improve the department of orthopedics antimicrobial application science rationality.Methods:622 cases with open fracture were selected from March 2012 to September 2013.We analyzed their clinical operation datas and analyzed the actual situation and effect of patients with the use of antibacterial drugs in operation period.Results:The antibacterial drugs in this hospital department of orthopedics application during the open bone fracture operation was mainly the lincomycin drugs and cephalosporins fungi drugs.The problem was the preventive medication of antimicrobial drugs too long and the drug selection was not appropriate.Conclusion:During operation of the department of orthopedics,we should scientific select the appropriate drugs according to the "guiding principles of clinical application of antibacterials" and combined with the actual conditions of patients.
