目的:探讨血清肿瘤标记物糖类蛋白抗原153(CAl53)和癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的临床意义。方法选取乳腺癌患者60例,良性乳腺疾病患者60例,医院内健康人群60例。将3组病例分别编组为观察组、良性对照组和健康对照组。清晨抽取空腹静脉血,离心提取血清。检测CA153及CEA采用化学发光法。结果 CA153和CEA 对乳腺癌的敏感性为68.6%和21.0%,特异性为90.8%、和91.0%。联合检测观察组的敏感性为89.7%,联合检测较单项检测相比,联合检测敏感性显著提高,特异性也达到87.5%。结论血清肿瘤标记物联合检测较单项检测在乳腺癌诊断中效果明显,具有重要临床意义。

목적:탐토혈청종류표기물당류단백항원153(CAl53)화암배항원(CEA)연합검측재유선암진단중적림상의의。방법선취유선암환자60례,량성유선질병환자60례,의원내건강인군60례。장3조병례분별편조위관찰조、량성대조조화건강대조조。청신추취공복정맥혈,리심제취혈청。검측CA153급CEA채용화학발광법。결과 CA153화CEA 대유선암적민감성위68.6%화21.0%,특이성위90.8%、화91.0%。연합검측관찰조적민감성위89.7%,연합검측교단항검측상비,연합검측민감성현저제고,특이성야체도87.5%。결론혈청종류표기물연합검측교단항검측재유선암진단중효과명현,구유중요림상의의。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of serum tumor marker carbohydrate antigen 153 (CAl53) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 60 cases of patients with breast can-cer, 60 cases of patients with benign breast disease, and 60 cases of healthy people in the hospital were selected and divided into the observation group, the benign group and the healthy controls. Fasting venous blood was drawn in the morning and the serum was extracted by centrifugation. CA153 and CEA were detected by chemiluminescence method. Results The sensitivity of CA153 and CEA for breast cancer was 68.6% and 21.0%, the specificity was 90.8%, and 91.0%, respectively. The combined detection sensitivity of the observation group was 89.7%, compared with the single detection, the combined detection sensitivity was signifi-cantly higher, and the combined detection specificity reached 87.5%. Conclusion Compared with the single detection, the effect of combined detection of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of breast cancer is more obvious with important clinical significance.
