目的：探讨细节管理在脑科手术中的应用效果。方法选取2012年10月-2013年10月该院收治的拟行脑外科手术治疗患者132例，按简单数字法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组66例，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理基础上加强细节管理，通过护理评估量表评分和患者神经功能缺损量表评分，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理评估量表评分显著高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），且观察组患者神经功能缺损量表评分低于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论通过加强细节管理，能有效提高脑科手术患者护理满意度，改善患者神经功能缺损状况，推荐推广应用。
목적：탐토세절관리재뇌과수술중적응용효과。방법선취2012년10월-2013년10월해원수치적의행뇌외과수술치료환자132례，안간단수자법수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조66례，대조조채용상규호리모식，관찰조재상규호리기출상가강세절관리，통과호리평고량표평분화환자신경공능결손량표평분，비교량조호리효과。결과관찰조호리평고량표평분현저고우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01），차관찰조환자신경공능결손량표평분저우대조조（P＜0.01）。결론통과가강세절관리，능유효제고뇌과수술환자호리만의도，개선환자신경공능결손상황，추천추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the application effect of detail management in brain surgery. Methods 132 cases of patients underwent brain surgery in our hospital from October, 2012 to October, 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 66 cases in each according to the simple digital method. The control group was given the conventional mode of nursing, and the observation group was given strengthened detail management on the basis of conventional nursing. Nursing Activ-ities Score(NAS) and Neurological Function Defect Scale (NFDS) were used to evaluate. And the nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The NAS of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.01), and the NFDS score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Strengthening the detail management can effectively improve the satisfaction with care of the patients underwent brain surgery and patient neurologi-cal deficit situation, which is recommended to be applied widely.
