目的探讨跟骨止点处跟腱断裂的手术方法，评估其疗效。方法2009年5月~2013年6月收治跟腱断裂患者19例，均采用带线锚钉缝合固定。结果随访6个月~3年，疗效评定采用Arn原Lindholm评定法。优15例，良4例，差0例，优良率达100%。切口感染1例，感染率5.2%，为开放性损伤，经换药处理均愈合。结论带线锚钉可以很好地修复跟骨止点处跟腱断裂，手术操作简单，效果满意。

목적탐토근골지점처근건단렬적수술방법，평고기료효。방법2009년5월~2013년6월수치근건단렬환자19례，균채용대선묘정봉합고정。결과수방6개월~3년，료효평정채용Arn원Lindholm평정법。우15례，량4례，차0례，우량솔체100%。절구감염1례，감염솔5.2%，위개방성손상，경환약처리균유합。결론대선묘정가이흔호지수복근골지점처근건단렬，수술조작간단，효과만의。
Objective To investigate the surgical point of the calcaneus tendon rupture ended, assess its ef icacy. Methods 2009 May~2013 June19 patients were treated Achil es tendon rupture, are made with wire suture anchors. Results The fol ow-up of 0.5 to 3 years, ef icacy was assessed using Arn-Lindholm assessment method [1]. Excellent in 15 cases, good in 4 cases, poor 0 cases, excellent rate of 100%. 1 cases of wound infection, the infection rate was 5.2%, open sex injury, treatment healed by dressing. Conclusion With cable anchors can be a good point of repair calcaneal tendon rupture ended, simple operation, results were satisfactory.
