目的探讨智能追踪技术CT增强扫描对早期肺癌的定性诊断价值。方法随机选择36例早期肺癌,静注对比剂100ml,行肿块智能触发增强扫描。结果36例早期肺癌的同层动态CT净增值呈缓慢递增型,与肺良性肿瘤存在明显差异。结论智能追踪增强扫描可反应早期肺癌血供特点,可根据CT净增值来鉴别肺癌与肺良性肿瘤。
目的探討智能追蹤技術CT增彊掃描對早期肺癌的定性診斷價值。方法隨機選擇36例早期肺癌,靜註對比劑100ml,行腫塊智能觸髮增彊掃描。結果36例早期肺癌的同層動態CT淨增值呈緩慢遞增型,與肺良性腫瘤存在明顯差異。結論智能追蹤增彊掃描可反應早期肺癌血供特點,可根據CT淨增值來鑒彆肺癌與肺良性腫瘤。
목적탐토지능추종기술CT증강소묘대조기폐암적정성진단개치。방법수궤선택36례조기폐암,정주대비제100ml,행종괴지능촉발증강소묘。결과36례조기폐암적동층동태CT정증치정완만체증형,여폐량성종류존재명현차이。결론지능추종증강소묘가반응조기폐암혈공특점,가근거CT정증치래감별폐암여폐량성종류。
Objective To explore the intel igent tracking technology the qualitative diagnosis value of CT enhanced scan for early lung cancer.Methods Random selection of 36 cases of early lung cancer, the static note contrast medium 100 ml, lump intel igent trigger enhanced scan.Results 36 cases of early lung cancer provided dynamic CT net added value slowly DiZengXing, there exists significant dif erence with pulmonary benign tumor.Conclusion Intel igent tracking enhanced scan can response early lung cancer characteristics of blood supply, according to CT net added value to identify lung cancer and lung benign tumors.
