目的:探讨膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂的低场MRI应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院2013年1月-2014年2月膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂的56例患者的临床及MRI影像学资料,以关节镜检查为诊断标准,计算低场MRI在诊断膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂的准确性,并分析可能存在的影响因素。结果经关节镜检查诊断为部分撕裂29例,有23例相符,灵敏度为79.31%;关节镜诊断完全撕裂27例,有25例与其相一致,灵敏度为92.59%,完全撕裂诊断灵敏度高于部分撕裂诊断,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低场MRI在诊断膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂中准确率很高,对临床怀疑膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂时,应及时、首选MRI检查,为临床治疗提供客观的影像学依据。

Objective To study the application value of low field MRI of knee anterior cruciate ligament tear. Methods The clini-cal and MRI imaging data of 56 cases of patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament tear admitted in our hospital from January, 2013 to February, 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, the accuracy of low field MRI in the diagnosis of knee anterior cruciate liga-ment tear with arthroscopy for diagnostic criteria, and the possible influencing factors were analyzed. Results 29 cases were diag-nosed as partial tearing by arthroscopy, there were 23 cases of compliance, the sensitivity was 79.31%;27 cases were diagnosed as complete tearing, there were 25 cases of compliance, the sensitivity was 92.59%, the diagnostic sensitivity of complete tearing was higher than that of partial tearing, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The accuracy rate of low field MRI in the diagnosis of knee anterior cruciate ligament tear is very high. For patients with suspected knee anterior cruciate liga-ment tear, MRI examination should be the first choice timely, which can provide objective clinical imaging basis for clinical treat-ment.
