目的：调查分析肿瘤患者的抑郁症。方法：2013年2月-10月收治抑郁症肿瘤患者114例，分析其临床资料。结果：114例肿瘤患者中，患有抑郁症67例(58.77%)。单因素回归分析结果显示，肿瘤患者抑郁症患者文化程度、家庭人均月收入、疾病分类有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对癌症患者要做到对症护理，尤其要有效缓解疼痛，加强沟通，建立良好的护患关系。

목적：조사분석종류환자적억욱증。방법：2013년2월-10월수치억욱증종류환자114례，분석기림상자료。결과：114례종류환자중，환유억욱증67례(58.77%)。단인소회귀분석결과현시，종류환자억욱증환자문화정도、가정인균월수입、질병분류유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대암증환자요주도대증호리，우기요유효완해동통，가강구통，건립량호적호환관계。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the depression in cancer patients.Methods:114 cancer cases with depression were selected from February to October 2013.The clinical data was analyzed.Results:In 114 cases of cancer,67 cases(58.77%) suffered from depression. Single factor regression analysis results showed that the tumor patients with depression culture degree, family per capita income, disease classification was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:We should make symptomatic nursing for cancer patients,especially relieve pain effectively,strengthen communication,establish a good relationship between nurses and patients.
