目的:探讨彩超检查肝血管瘤的临床价值。方法:2013年1月-12月收治肝血管瘤患者60例,以彩超进行重复检查,比较该检查方法的结果与实际结果的吻合率,判定彩超检查肝血管瘤的应用价值。结果:彩超对肝血管瘤的检出率88.3%(53/60)。且由彩超声像图显示可知,病灶周边分界清晰,轮廓鲜明,回声正常。并根据病灶回声强弱可将图像分为强回声25例,等回声15例,混合声10例,低回声10例。结论:彩超对肝血管瘤的诊出率较高,但较易发生误诊漏诊等情况,医护人员行彩超检查时应多次重复,也可结合CT、MRI等其他检查方法降低误诊、漏诊率。

목적:탐토채초검사간혈관류적림상개치。방법:2013년1월-12월수치간혈관류환자60례,이채초진행중복검사,비교해검사방법적결과여실제결과적문합솔,판정채초검사간혈관류적응용개치。결과:채초대간혈관류적검출솔88.3%(53/60)。차유채초성상도현시가지,병조주변분계청석,륜곽선명,회성정상。병근거병조회성강약가장도상분위강회성25례,등회성15례,혼합성10례,저회성10례。결론:채초대간혈관류적진출솔교고,단교역발생오진루진등정황,의호인원행채초검사시응다차중복,야가결합CT、MRI등기타검사방법강저오진、루진솔。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma. Methods:60 cases with hepatic hemangioma were selected from January to December 2013.They were treated with repeated examination of color doppler ultrasound.Observed the coincidence rate between the examination results and the actual results,to determine the application of color doppler ultrasound examination on hepatic hemangioma.Results:The detection rate of color doppler sonography in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma was 88.3% (53/60).And the color doppler ultrasound sonography displayed that the peripheral lesions with clear boundary and contour,the echo of it was normal.And the image can be divided into 25 cases of strong echo,15 cases of equal echo,10 cases of mixed sound,10 cases of low echo according to the lesion echo. Conclusion:Color doppler sonography has higher diagnosis rate in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma,but the misdiagnosis often occurred.Repeated examination of color doppler ultrasound combined with CT,MRI and other inspection methods can help medical staff to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
