目的：探讨益气活血通络治疗颈椎病的效果。方法：2009-2012年收治颈椎病患者65例，均采用益气活血通络法治疗。结果：显效40例，有效32例，无效3例，总有效率95.4%。结论：益气活血通络治疗颈椎病疗效显著，能够有效地改善椎动脉动力学的紊乱状态。且未发现有不良反应，患者依从性较好，值得在临床上应用。

목적：탐토익기활혈통락치료경추병적효과。방법：2009-2012년수치경추병환자65례，균채용익기활혈통락법치료。결과：현효40례，유효32례，무효3례，총유효솔95.4%。결론：익기활혈통락치료경추병료효현저，능구유효지개선추동맥동역학적문란상태。차미발현유불량반응，환자의종성교호，치득재림상상응용。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:65 cases with cervical spondylosis were selected from 2009 to 2012.They were given the Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo treatment.Results:In the 65 cases,40 cases were markedly effective.32 cases were effective.3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 95.4%. Conclusion:Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo in the treatment of cervical spondylosis has significant effect.It can effectively improve the disorder state of the vertebral artery dynamics.And there was no adverse reaction.The compliance of patient is good.It is worthy of clinical application.
