目的：探讨耳穴贴压法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：将120例原发性痛经患者随机分为入耳穴贴压治疗组与口服元胡止痛对照组，观察3个月经周期治疗后痛经疼痛程度变化。结果：与口服元胡止痛片治疗相比，耳穴贴压法治疗3个月经周期后痛经疼痛程度差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：耳穴贴压法可有效缓解痛经症状，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토이혈첩압법치료원발성통경적림상료효。방법：장120례원발성통경환자수궤분위입이혈첩압치료조여구복원호지통대조조，관찰3개월경주기치료후통경동통정도변화。결과：여구복원호지통편치료상비，이혈첩압법치료3개월경주기후통경동통정도차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：이혈첩압법가유효완해통경증상，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of auricular plaster therapy in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods:120 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into the acupuncture and auricular plaster therapy group and the control group with oral analgesic.We observed the changes of dysmenorrhea pain after the treatment for 3 menstrual cycles. Results:After 3 menstrual cycles treatment,the dysmenorrhea pain between the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:The auricular plaster therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,so it is worthy of clinical application.
