目的：观察木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法：DPN患者164例，随机分为治疗组A，治疗组B和对照组。3组均给予基础治疗。治疗组A服木丹颗粒7 g/次，3次/日；治疗组B服木丹颗粒7 g/次，3次/日，弥可保0.5 mg/次，3次/日；对照组只服弥可保0.5 mg/次，3次/日。3组均治疗8周。结果：治疗组A、治疗组B与对照组比较，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。治疗组B与组A比较，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：木丹颗粒联合弥可保治疗DPN临床效果显著，安全有效。

목적：관찰목단과립치료당뇨병주위신경병변(DPN)적림상료효。방법：DPN환자164례，수궤분위치료조A，치료조B화대조조。3조균급여기출치료。치료조A복목단과립7 g/차，3차/일；치료조B복목단과립7 g/차，3차/일，미가보0.5 mg/차，3차/일；대조조지복미가보0.5 mg/차，3차/일。3조균치료8주。결과：치료조A、치료조B여대조조비교，P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의。치료조B여조A비교，P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의。결론：목단과립연합미가보치료DPN림상효과현저，안전유효。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Mu Dan granule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods:164 cases of DPN were randomly divided into the treatment group A,the treatment group B and the control group.The three groups were given basic treatment.The treatment group A were given Mu Dan granule 7 g one time,3 times one day.The treatment group B were given Mu Dan granule 7 g one time,3 times one day,mecobalamin 0.5 mg one time,3 times one day.The control group only were given mecobalamin 0.5 mg one time,3 times one day.3 groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results:The treatment group A,the treatment group B were compared with the control group, and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group B was compared with the group A, and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mu Dan granule combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of DPN has significant clinical effect,and it is safe and effective.
