目的总结产后出血的预防、检测及护理对策。方法对本院62例产后出血产妇的临床资料进行观察、分析。结果子宫收缩乏力是引起产后出血最常见原因，约占产后出血总数的69.4%。其他因素院如胎盘因素、软产道裂伤、凝血功能障碍等也占一定比例。产后出血是分娩期的严重并发症，居我国产妇死亡原因首位。结论做好产后出血的预防，J检测，急救及护理，能降低其发病率，病死率，从而降低孕产妇的死亡率。

목적총결산후출혈적예방、검측급호리대책。방법대본원62례산후출혈산부적림상자료진행관찰、분석。결과자궁수축핍력시인기산후출혈최상견원인，약점산후출혈총수적69.4%。기타인소원여태반인소、연산도렬상、응혈공능장애등야점일정비례。산후출혈시분면기적엄중병발증，거아국산부사망원인수위。결론주호산후출혈적예방，J검측，급구급호리，능강저기발병솔，병사솔，종이강저잉산부적사망솔。
Objective To summarize the prevention,detection of postpartum hemorrhage and nursing countermeasures.Methods The 62 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were observed,the clinical data analysis.Results The uterus is the most common cause of postpartum hemorrhage,accounting for about 69.4% of the totalof postpartum hemorrhage.Other factors:if the placenta factor,the soft birth canal laceration,coagulation dysfunction also accounted for a certain proportion.Postpartum hemorrhage isa serious complication ofintrapartum maternal deaths, ranking China first.Conclusion Good prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,J detection,first aid and nursing,can reduce the incidence rate,mortality rate,thereby reducing maternal mortality.
