Astrocytomas%AngII%AT1R
目的观察人脑星形细胞瘤组织中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及其1型受体(AT1R)表达情况;探讨它们在星形细胞瘤中发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化方法检测60例人脑星形细胞瘤手术切除组织标本和12例健康脑组织标本中AngⅡ及AT1R蛋白表达情况。实验数据采用SPSS10.0软件行字2检验,分析它们的表达与星形细胞瘤病理分级的关系。结果60例星形细胞瘤组织中共有41(68.3%)例出现AngⅡ蛋白阳性表达,42例(70.0%)出现AT1R蛋白阳性表达,它们的阳性表达率均高于健康脑组织且有明显差异(<0.05),AngⅡ及AT1R蛋白在低病理分级和高病理分级组间表达水平也存在明显差异(<0.05)。结论血管紧张素Ⅱ及其1型受体在星形细胞瘤中表达率高,它们在恶性程度高的星形细胞瘤组织中的表达水平明显高于恶性程度低的星形细胞瘤组织,这表明它们的高表达可能在星形细胞瘤发生过程中起重要作用。
目的觀察人腦星形細胞瘤組織中血管緊張素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及其1型受體(AT1R)錶達情況;探討它們在星形細胞瘤中髮生髮展中的作用。方法採用免疫組化方法檢測60例人腦星形細胞瘤手術切除組織標本和12例健康腦組織標本中AngⅡ及AT1R蛋白錶達情況。實驗數據採用SPSS10.0軟件行字2檢驗,分析它們的錶達與星形細胞瘤病理分級的關繫。結果60例星形細胞瘤組織中共有41(68.3%)例齣現AngⅡ蛋白暘性錶達,42例(70.0%)齣現AT1R蛋白暘性錶達,它們的暘性錶達率均高于健康腦組織且有明顯差異(<0.05),AngⅡ及AT1R蛋白在低病理分級和高病理分級組間錶達水平也存在明顯差異(<0.05)。結論血管緊張素Ⅱ及其1型受體在星形細胞瘤中錶達率高,它們在噁性程度高的星形細胞瘤組織中的錶達水平明顯高于噁性程度低的星形細胞瘤組織,這錶明它們的高錶達可能在星形細胞瘤髮生過程中起重要作用。
목적관찰인뇌성형세포류조직중혈관긴장소Ⅱ(AngⅡ)급기1형수체(AT1R)표체정황;탐토타문재성형세포류중발생발전중적작용。방법채용면역조화방법검측60례인뇌성형세포류수술절제조직표본화12례건강뇌조직표본중AngⅡ급AT1R단백표체정황。실험수거채용SPSS10.0연건행자2검험,분석타문적표체여성형세포류병리분급적관계。결과60례성형세포류조직중공유41(68.3%)례출현AngⅡ단백양성표체,42례(70.0%)출현AT1R단백양성표체,타문적양성표체솔균고우건강뇌조직차유명현차이(<0.05),AngⅡ급AT1R단백재저병리분급화고병리분급조간표체수평야존재명현차이(<0.05)。결론혈관긴장소Ⅱ급기1형수체재성형세포류중표체솔고,타문재악성정도고적성형세포류조직중적표체수평명현고우악성정도저적성형세포류조직,저표명타문적고표체가능재성형세포류발생과정중기중요작용。
Objective The expression of angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ) and its type 1 receptor (AT1R) in human brain astrocytomas;To investigate the role of them in the tumorgenesis and progression of human astrocytomas. Methods 60 cases of resected glioma specimens and 12 healthy brain tissues were obtained. Their expression of AngⅡ and AT1R protein were detected by immunohistochemieal method. Al the data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 statistical software package. Results 41 cases (68.3%) showed AngⅡprotein expression of the 60 astrocytoma tissues, 42 cases (70.0%) had positive expression of AT1R protein, The rate of their expression in astrocytoma tissues was higher than that in healthy brain tissues and they were statistical y significant ( <0.05). There was statistical y significant dif erence among the expression of astrocytoma tissues with dif erent histological grades. Conclusion The results indicated that the high expression of AngⅡand AT1R may play an important role in the tumorgenesis ,especial y it may do the same role in the progression.
