目的探讨大鼠肝移植手术技巧与处理要点,减少术后并发症，建立稳定的大鼠肝移植模型。方法 Wistar大鼠240只（供受体各120只）行二袖套法原位肝移植。结果120例大鼠原位肝移植术后48小时存活率88.3%,1周存活率86.7%，建立了稳定的大鼠肝移植模型。结论掌握技术要点与处理方法，是建立稳定的大鼠肝移植模型的保证。
목적탐토대서간이식수술기교여처리요점,감소술후병발증，건립은정적대서간이식모형。방법 Wistar대서240지（공수체각120지）행이수투법원위간이식。결과120례대서원위간이식술후48소시존활솔88.3%,1주존활솔86.7%，건립료은정적대서간이식모형。결론장악기술요점여처리방법，시건립은정적대서간이식모형적보증。
Objective To explore the surgical skil s of Orthotopic Liver Transplantation in Rats and reduce the complications. Methods Orthotopic Liver Transplantation was performed in 240 rats using two-cuf technique.Results The survival rate for 48 hours was 88.3%, the survival rate for one week was 86.7 %, and established stable liver transplantation model in rats. Conclusion Master the surgical skil s of Liver Transplantation in rats can improve achievement ratio and the steady livability of rats with orthotopic liver transplantation.
