目的在肾内科临床实习中应用分阶段目标教学,探讨和分析其应用的效果。方法选择我院2012年12月~2013年12月肾内科临床实习护生74例进行研究.对照组:实施传统型总目标教学法;观察组:应用分阶段目标教学。观察和统计两组人员的实习目标达标率以及对教学病区和带教老师满意度、理论与技能考核情况。结果观察组目标达标率为97.29%(36/37)与对照组86.49%(32/37)比较<0.05;此外,两组护生在理论与技能考核以及对教学病区和带教老师满意度方面存在明显差异性<0.05。结论在肾内科临床实习中应用分阶段目标教学,则能够提高护生对带教老师和教学病区的满意度,进而促进其学习能力提高。

Objective To practice in Department of Nephropathy clinical application of target teaching, discussion and analysis of the ef ect of its application. Methods in our hospital from 2012 December to 2013 December this year in 74 cases of Department of Nephropathy nursing students, implementation of the total goal of traditional teaching method;the observation group:the application of target teaching. The standard rate of target practice observation and statistics of the two groups of teaching ward and teacher satisfaction, theory and skil s examination. Compliance rate were observed. Results The target of 97.29%(36/37) and 86.49%in the control group (32/37) comparison ( <0.05);in addition, two groups of nursing students in the theory and skil s examination and the teaching facilities and teacher satisfaction has obvious dif erence ( <0.05). Conclusion Application of target teaching results in practice renal clinical department of internal medicine, can improve students on teachers and teaching ward's satisfaction, improve the compliance rate.
