目的分析子痫患者脑病的CT影像表现以及病理基础。方法回顾性分析11例子痫致PRES患者的临床和CT影像资料。结果 PRES的CT表现主要以顶枕叶白质呈指状水肿为特征，多叶受累，单纯累及顶叶皮质1例，1例合并蛛网膜下腔出血。4例复查，均好转或完全恢复，呈可逆性改变。结论结合PRES的影像学特点，综合分析，有利于早期诊断并评价预后。

Objective To analyze the CT findings and pathological basis of eclampsia encephalopathy. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical and CT image data of patients with PRES and 11 cases of eclampsia. Results PRES CT expressed mainly in the parieto occipital white matter is refers to the characteristics of macular edema, multi lobe involvement, only involving the parietal cortex in 1 cases, 1 cases with subarachnoid hemorrhage. In 4 cases, were improved or recovered completely, a reversible change. Conclusion A comprehensive analysis combined with PRES imaging features, is conducive to the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
