目的探索米非司酮、米索前列醇联合利凡诺在孕14~24w引产中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析米非司酮、米索前列醇联合利凡诺选择性用于156例孕14~24w妊娠妇女在引产中的临床疗效及安全性，并与单用利凡诺引产结果进行比较。结果能明显缩短产程，减轻患者痛苦，增加引产的成功率，产时产后2h流血少，无软产道损伤。结论米非司酮、米索前列醇联合利凡诺是一种安全、简便、有效的引产方法，在临床上有值得推广应用的价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone, misoprostol combined with ethacridine in induction of labor in pregnant 14~24W. Methods A retrospective analysis of mifepristone, misoprostol combined with ethacridine selectivity for clinical ef icacy and safety of 156 cases of pregnancy 14~24W pregnant women in the induced labor, and compare the results with rivanol. Results Can obviously shorten birth process, reduce the patient's pain, increase the success rate of induced labor, intrapartum and postpartum 2 hours less bleeding, no injury of soft birth canal. Conclusion Mifepristone, misoprostol combined with ethacridine is a safe, simple, and ef ective method of induction of labor, is worthy of popularization and application value in clinic.
