目的观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎合并心肌损伤的临床疗效。方法将68例轮状病毒性肠炎合并心肌损伤患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,两组均针对病因给予相应的综合治疗.此外,治疗组加用注射用磷酸肌酸钠静脉注射,对照组加用注射用维生素C静脉注射,1次/d,疗程7d。结果观察两组治疗后磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)均较治疗前明显下降(<0.01)。治疗组总有效率94.7%,对照组总有效率76.3%。两组有显著性差异(<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎合并心肌损伤疗效显著,优于注射用维生素C。

Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of creatine phosphate treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial injury. Methods Children with rotavirus enteritis combined myocardial injury 68 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 34 cases, the cause for the two groups were given corresponding comprehensive treatment In addition, the treatment group were treated with sodium phosphate injection muscle. intravenous injection, the control group were treated with injections of vitamin C intravenously once daily for 7 days. Results Observed after treatment, creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase (CK-MB) decreased significantly compared with those before treatment ( <0.01). Treatment group, the total effective rate was 94.7% in the control group, the total efficiency of 76.3%. There was a significant dif erence between the two groups ( <0.05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium combined treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis myocardial injury significant effect, superior injectable vitamin C.
