目的探讨定期尿激酶封管联合小剂量口服阿司匹林预防长期深静脉导管功能不良的效果，并对比研究。方法选择我院35例长期深静脉置管患者，抽签法随机分为三组院对照组A组11例，治疗组B组、C组各12例，疗程6个月；观察三组血透导管功能不良次数、首次溶栓干预时间及观察期间干预次数、凝血指标的变化、药物副作用。结果 B、C两组发生导管功能不良情况较A组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（<0.05）；C组与B组对比差异有统计学意义（<0.05），而凝血功能无统计学意义（>0.05）。结论定期应用尿激酶封管联合口服小剂量阿司匹林片，配合常规肝素封管预防长期深静脉导管功能不良有一定的疗效。
목적탐토정기뇨격매봉관연합소제량구복아사필림예방장기심정맥도관공능불량적효과，병대비연구。방법선택아원35례장기심정맥치관환자，추첨법수궤분위삼조원대조조A조11례，치료조B조、C조각12례，료정6개월；관찰삼조혈투도관공능불량차수、수차용전간예시간급관찰기간간예차수、응혈지표적변화、약물부작용。결과 B、C량조발생도관공능불량정황교A조명현강저，차이유통계학의의（<0.05）；C조여B조대비차이유통계학의의（<0.05），이응혈공능무통계학의의（>0.05）。결론정기응용뇨격매봉관연합구복소제량아사필림편，배합상규간소봉관예방장기심정맥도관공능불량유일정적료효。
Objective To explore Study of regular urokinase sealing tube combined with smal dose of aspirin to prevent long-term deep vein catheter dysfunction,and comparative study.Methods Choose from 35patients in our hospital in patients with long term deep vein catheterization,Were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group and 11 cases in A group,B group,Ctreatment group,12 cases in each group,treatment for 6 months;Observed three groups of hemodialysis catheter dysfunction times, first time observed during thrombolysis and interventiontimes,coagulation index changes,drug side ef ects.Results B,C two groups of catheter dysfunction was significantlylower than that of A group,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05);C group and B group have significant dif erences ( <0.05)but no statistical significance of blood coagulation function ( >0.05).Conclusion Regular application of urokinase sealing tube combined with low-dose oral Aspirin Tablets,combined with conventional heparin sealing tube to prevent long-term deep vein catheter dysfunction have a certain ef ect.
