目的观察中西医药结合治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法采用对照研究，治疗组133例反流性食管炎患者采用自拟清肝降胃汤+奥美拉唑+多潘立酮治疗1个疗程，对照组97例采用纯西药治疗予奥美拉唑+多潘立酮治疗1个疗程。结果治疗组完全治愈与有效率较对照组显著为优。结论采用中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎效果明显，疗效满意。

목적관찰중서의약결합치료반류성식관염적료효。방법채용대조연구，치료조133례반류성식관염환자채용자의청간강위탕+오미랍서+다반립동치료1개료정，대조조97례채용순서약치료여오미랍서+다반립동치료1개료정。결과치료조완전치유여유효솔교대조조현저위우。결론채용중서의결합치료반류성식관염효과명현，료효만의。
Objective To observe the curative ef ect of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods A case-control study, the treatment group of 133 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis using self-made liver descending Stomach Soup + omeprazole and domperidone on a course of treatment, 97 cases in the control group with pure western medicine in the treatment of omeprazole and domperidone treatment of a course. Results The treatment group cure and ef ective rate than the control group significantly. Conclusion The combined treatment of reflux esophagitis ef ect is obvious by Chinese and Western medicine, curative ef ect satisfaction.
