目的观察脑循环功能治疗仪治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择脑梗死患者80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例，均予常规治疗，治疗组除常规治疗外予以脑循环功能治疗仪，治疗前后进行MHISS评分及Banthel指数评分。结果两组患者NIHSS评分，Banther指数比较均有显著性差异（约0.05）。结论脑循环治疗仪可改善脑梗死患者神经功能缺损，提高日常生活能力。
目的觀察腦循環功能治療儀治療腦梗死的臨床療效。方法選擇腦梗死患者80例，隨機分為治療組和對照組，每組各40例，均予常規治療，治療組除常規治療外予以腦循環功能治療儀，治療前後進行MHISS評分及Banthel指數評分。結果兩組患者NIHSS評分，Banther指數比較均有顯著性差異（約0.05）。結論腦循環治療儀可改善腦梗死患者神經功能缺損，提高日常生活能力。
목적관찰뇌순배공능치료의치료뇌경사적림상료효。방법선택뇌경사환자80례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조각40례，균여상규치료，치료조제상규치료외여이뇌순배공능치료의，치료전후진행MHISS평분급Banthel지수평분。결과량조환자NIHSS평분，Banther지수비교균유현저성차이（약0.05）。결론뇌순배치료의가개선뇌경사환자신경공능결손，제고일상생활능력。
Objective To observe the clinical curative ef ect of cerebral circulation function therapeutic instrument for the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of cerebral infarction patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group, were treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group in addition to conventional treatment to cerebrovascular function therapy instrument before and after treatment, MHISS score and Banthel score. Results The two groups of patients with NIHSS score, Banther index was significantly dif erent ( <0.05).Conclusion Cerebrovascular function therapy can improve the neurologic impairment in patients with cerebral infarction, improve the ability of daily life.
