目的探讨PCR检验法用于细菌检验的临床效果。方法疑似阴道炎患者110例，分别用革兰染色检验法、PCR检验法和细菌培养法做阴道细菌检查。结果细菌培养法阳性检出率高于革兰染色检验法阳性检出率，差异有统计学意义(<0.01)。 PCR检验法阳性检出率高于革兰染色检验法阳性检出率，差异有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论 PCR检验法用于细菌检验敏感性及特异性高，且操作过程简便、快捷，临床意义显著。

목적탐토PCR검험법용우세균검험적림상효과。방법의사음도염환자110례，분별용혁란염색검험법、PCR검험법화세균배양법주음도세균검사。결과세균배양법양성검출솔고우혁란염색검험법양성검출솔，차이유통계학의의(<0.01)。 PCR검험법양성검출솔고우혁란염색검험법양성검출솔，차이유통계학의의(<0.01)。결론 PCR검험법용우세균검험민감성급특이성고，차조작과정간편、쾌첩，림상의의현저。
Objective To evaluation of the effect of the PCR inspection method for bacterial inspection. Methods 110 suspected patients with vaginitis, vaginal bacteria were examined, using gram stain test, PCR test, bacterial culture method. Results The positive detection rate, bacterial culture method is higher than that of Gram staining method, the dif erence was statistically significant ( <0.01). The positive detection rate, PCR test method is higher than that of Gram stain test, the dif erence was statistically significant ( <0.01). Conclusion PCR test method for bacteria detection, high sensitivity and specificity, and the operating process is simple, fast, clinical significance.
