Hospital%Staf%Satisfaction%Influencing factors
目的了解影响医院员工满意度的重要因素。方法自行设计员工满意度调查表,对医院员工进行抽样调查,采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行统计分析。结果员工总满意度水平平均分≥3分的人数占76.1%,约3分的人数占23.9%,影响员工满意度最重要的因素为工作回报、工作环境。结论员工满意度水平需进一步提高,重点关注员工的工作回报及工作环境。

Objective To understand the important influencing factors of hospital employee for job satisfaction. Methods A sample survey of hospital staf were using a Self-designed employee satisfaction survey, then the data were col ected and using SPSS17.0 statistical software analyzed. Results The average score ≥3 points of total satisfaction levels of staf accounted for 76.1%, average score < 3 points accounted for 23.9%, the most important factor af ecting the employee satisfaction were work reward, working environment. Conclusion The level of employee satisfaction need to further improve, focus on staf rewards and working environment.
