目的：建立舒冠颗粒中淫羊藿的薄层色谱（TLC）鉴别方法。方法供试品用乙酸乙酯进行提取，制得的供试品溶液及对照品溶液分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板，以乙酸丁酯-甲酸-水（1.3：1：1）的上层溶液为展开剂，展开，在紫外光灯（365nm)下检视。结果淫羊藿苷斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法分离效果好，专属性强，操作简便，可用于舒冠颗粒中淫羊藿的薄层色谱鉴别。

Objective To establish the TLC Epimedium Shuguan granule (TLC) in the differential method.Method the sample was extracted with ethyl acetate, prepared for the test solution and the reference solution respectively on the same silica gel G plate, the butyl acetate formic acid water (1.3:1:1) of the upper solution as expansion agent, expansion, in the UV lamp (365nm) view.Results icariin spots were clear without interference of negative control.Conclusion the method is of good separation effect, strong specifi city, simple operation, can be used for TLC identifi cation of Herba Epimedii Shuguan granule..
