目的规范实习护士生的入科教育，从科室环境、规章制度及基本操作等方面加强教育力度，树立安全意识，强化防范医务纠纷的观念，加快对科室等医疗环境的熟悉，使临床教学质量得到不断提高。方法针对本科护理实习生的培养目标，从设置实习计划、营造良性实习环境、培养临床工作综合能力等方面入手，提高实习生的临床实践能力。结果通过1年工作的开展，实习护士出科理论和操作成绩由去年的85分提高至今年的90分，合格率为100%，带教合格率由去年的96%提高至98%。结论通过改进临床带教工作，使本科护理专业实习生在医院实习过程中得到良好的锻炼，从而保证了护理本科人才培养目标的实现。

Objective To standardize nurse students into science education, strengthen the education department from the environment, regulations and basic operation, security awareness, strengthen the prevention of medical disputes idea, accelerate the Department medical environment familiar, the clinical teaching quality improved. Methods According to the training objectives of undergraduate nursing interns internship programme, starting from the set, to create good practice environment, the cultivation of comprehensive ability of clinical work, improve the students ability of clinical practice. Results After a year of work, practice nurses nursing practice and operation results from 85 last year to 90 this year, the qualified rate is 100%, teaching qualification rate from 96% last year to 98%. Conclusion Through the improvement of the clinical teaching work, to get a good workout undergraduate nursing interns in hospital practice process, so as to ensure the realization of target training nursing talents.
