目的通过升级来提高军卫一号信息系统的运行效率，以适应医院医疗业务的发展。方法通过在测试服务器上进行操作系统和Oracle升级的模拟演练制定了详细的升级方案。根据既定方案完成正式服务器上的升级。结果该方法实现了操作系统和数据库系统的成功升级。结论操作系统与数据库的升级极大地提高了信息系统处理事务的能力，达到了预期目标。

Objective To enhance the operation ef iciency of No.1 Medical Project information system by upgrade to adapt to the development of the hospital medical business. Methods By means of the simulation exercises of operating system and oracle system upgrade on the test server making the upgrade program in detail and according to the established program to complete the upgrade on the formal server. Results The operating system and database upgrade has been achieved successful y by this method. Conclusion Operating system and database upgrade improved the ability to handle af airs of the information system greatly and achieved the expected goal.
