目的：探讨电针治疗中风后丘脑痛效果。方法将我院诊断为丘脑痛56例患者随机分为治疗组28例，对照组28例。两组性别、年龄、病程及病性对比无显著性差异（P＞0.05），具有可比性。治疗组：取阴郄穴（直刺0.3～0.5寸）、血海穴（直刺0.8～1寸）配夹脊穴(毫针直刺0.5～1.2)，得气后留针，在针柄上连接WQ-10e型多用电子穴位测定治疗仪，密波频率100次/分，将患者能耐受作为强度，留针30分钟，每天进行一次治疗，每十天可休息二天，将30天作为一个疗程。对照组：甲钴胺联合卡马西平，服法：甲钴胺0.5毫克，每天分3次口服，卡马西平0.1克，每天分3次口服，将30天作为一个疗程。结果治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论电针治疗中风后丘脑痛患者的运动功能和日常生活能力获得恢复。
목적：탐토전침치료중풍후구뇌통효과。방법장아원진단위구뇌통56례환자수궤분위치료조28례，대조조28례。량조성별、년령、병정급병성대비무현저성차이（P＞0.05），구유가비성。치료조：취음극혈（직자0.3～0.5촌）、혈해혈（직자0.8～1촌）배협척혈(호침직자0.5～1.2)，득기후류침，재침병상련접WQ-10e형다용전자혈위측정치료의，밀파빈솔100차/분，장환자능내수작위강도，류침30분종，매천진행일차치료，매십천가휴식이천，장30천작위일개료정。대조조：갑고알연합잡마서평，복법：갑고알0.5호극，매천분3차구복，잡마서평0.1극，매천분3차구복，장30천작위일개료정。결과치료조료효명현고우대조조(P＜0.01)。결론전침치료중풍후구뇌통환자적운동공능화일상생활능력획득회복。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the cupping treatment effect of thalamic pain after stroke.Methods Way to the hospital diagnosed with thalamic pain 56 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 28 cases, 28 cases in the control group.
