目的：对超声引导下麦默通旋切术治疗乳腺良性疾病的临床疗效进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的60例乳腺良性疾病患者为对象，随机分组，对照组实施传统开放手术，实验组实施超声引导下麦默通旋切术。对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察和比较。结果实验组患者的手术时间、术后愈合时间、均明显比对照组短，术后瘢痕大小比对照组小，术中出血量比对照组少，差异明显，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者的不良反应发生率的相仿，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论采用超声引导下麦默通旋切术对乳腺良性疾病进行治疗，具有微创性和安全性，值得推广和普及。
