目的：回顾性分析在急诊观察室应用优质护理的护理效果。方法本院于2012年1月起开始于急诊观察室应用优质护理，选取2012年1月-2013年9月急诊观察室接诊的患者157例为观察组，2012年1月以前接诊的患者155例为对照组，观察并比较两组患者的护理满意度、焦虑程度以及投诉例数。结果观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，两组患者护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组焦虑程度与投诉例数均低于对照组，两组患者焦虑程度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在急诊观察室应用优质护理效果显著，能有效提高患者满意度，降低患者焦虑程度，值得在临床上予以推广。
목적：회고성분석재급진관찰실응용우질호리적호리효과。방법본원우2012년1월기개시우급진관찰실응용우질호리，선취2012년1월-2013년9월급진관찰실접진적환자157례위관찰조，2012년1월이전접진적환자155례위대조조，관찰병비교량조환자적호리만의도、초필정도이급투소례수。결과관찰조호리만의도명현고우대조조，량조환자호리만의도비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조초필정도여투소례수균저우대조조，량조환자초필정도비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재급진관찰실응용우질호리효과현저，능유효제고환자만의도，강저환자초필정도，치득재림상상여이추엄。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of quality care applied to emergency observation room retrospectively. Meth-ods Quality care was started to use in the emergency observation room of our hospital in January, 2012. 157 cases of patients ad-mitted in the emergency observation room from January, 2012 to September, 2013 were selected as the observation group, and 155 cases of patients admitted in the emergency observation room before January, 2012 were selected as the control group. The nursing satisfaction, anxiety and the number of cases of complaints of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);the level of anxiety and the number of cases of complaints were lower than those of the control group, the difference in level of anxiety between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Quality care applied to emergency observation room has significant effect, which can effectively improve the patient satisfaction, reduce the patient anxiety and is deserved to be promoted in clinical practice.
