目的:探讨立体定向靶向微创手术应用于脑肿瘤治疗的临床效果。方法选择于2008年3月-2013年1月在该院接受治疗的脑肿瘤患者66例,随机分成对照组和观察组各33例,对照组通过开颅手术治疗,观察组则通过脑肿瘤立体定向靶向微创手术治疗,对比两组患者的存活率和术后复发率,同时观察两组患者治疗前后生活自理能力和神经功能的改善情况。结果观察组患者的存活率为87.9%,显著高于对照组的69.7%,观察组患者术后的复发率为15.2%,显著低于对照组的36.4%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的ADL评分提高、CCS评分降低,但是观察组的变化幅度更大,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论立体定向靶向微创手术在脑肿瘤的治疗中具有较高的应用价值,能够显著降低死亡率和复发率,促进术后患者的康复预后。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of stereotactic targeting minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of brain tumors. Methods 66 patients with brain tumor admitted in our hospital from March, 2008 to January, 2013 were selected and ran-domly divided into the control group and the observation group with 33 cases in each. The control group were treated by cranioto-my, and the observation group were treated by stereotactic targeting minimally invasive surgery. The survival rate and recurrence rate of two groups of patients were compared, and the self-care ability and improvement of neurological function before and after treatment of both groups of patients were observed. Results The survival rate of the observation group's patients was 87.9%, signif-icantly higher than the control group's 69.7%, the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 15.2%, significantly low-er than the control group's 36.4%, the differences were significant (P<0.05); both groups of patients with ADL score increase, de-crease in CCS score, but the variation of the observation group was more bigger, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclu-sion Stereotactic targeting minimally invasive surgery has a high value in the treatment of brain tumors, which can significantly re-duce the mortality and recurrence rate, and promote the postoperative rehabilitation and prognosis of the patients.
