目的:探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的图像质量以及诊断的准确性。方法选自2012年1月-2013年1月进入到该院诊断的可疑冠心病患者130例,将这130例患者随机分成两组,每组65例患者,分别命名为观察组和对照组,对观察组65例患者进行64层螺旋CT进行全方位扫描,对对照组65例患者进行常规X线成像,观察两组患者的诊断准确性和成像的质量。结果观察组65例患者采用CT进行检查,成像质量1级46例。对照组65例患者采用常规X线检查,成像质量1级40例。观察组65例患者其中CT检查>50.0%狭窄敏感性例数为61例,>50.0%狭窄特异性例数为60例,阳性例数为62例。对照组患者采用常规x线检查>50.0%狭窄敏感性例数为57例,>50%狭窄特异性例数为54例,阳性例数为52例。结论64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的图像质量较好,诊断的准确性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the image quality and diagnostic accuracy of 64-slice CT coronary angiography. Methods 130 cases diagnosed with suspected coronary artery disease in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected and ran-domly divided into two groups, named as the observation group and the control group with 65 cases in each. The 65 patients in the observation group were given the full range of 64-slice CT scan, while 65 patients in the control group were given conventional X-ray imaging. The diagnostic accuracy and quality of imaging of the two groups of patients were observed. Results Of the 65 pa-tients in the observation group examined by CT, there were 46 cases with the image quality of grade 1. And of the 65 cases in the control group treated by conventional X-ray examination, there were 40 cases with imaging quality of grade 1. Of the 65 patients in the observation group treated with CT examination, the number with >50% stenosis sensitivity was 61 cases, the number with >50% stenosis specificity was 60 cases, and the positive number was 62 cases. Of the patients in the control group treated with X-ray examination, the number with>50%stenosis sensitivity was 57 cases, the number with>50%stenosis specificity was 54 cases, and the positive number was 52 cases. Conclusion The image quality of 64-slice CT coronary angiography is better with higher diagnostic accuracy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
