目的：观察早期乳腺癌患者的保乳手术治疗效果。方法：2011年11月-2013年11月收治早期乳腺癌患者48例，随机分为甲组和乙组。对甲组24例进行根治术，对乙组24例进行保乳手术。观察甲组和乙组的治疗效果。结果：乙组手术时间和住院时间短于甲组，术中出血量少于甲组，治疗满意度高于甲组，复发率和远处转移率均低于甲组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：早期乳腺癌患者的保乳手术治疗效果较好，术中出血较少，治疗快速，且治疗满意度较高，术后复发率和远处转移率较低。

목적：관찰조기유선암환자적보유수술치료효과。방법：2011년11월-2013년11월수치조기유선암환자48례，수궤분위갑조화을조。대갑조24례진행근치술，대을조24례진행보유수술。관찰갑조화을조적치료효과。결과：을조수술시간화주원시간단우갑조，술중출혈량소우갑조，치료만의도고우갑조，복발솔화원처전이솔균저우갑조，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：조기유선암환자적보유수술치료효과교호，술중출혈교소，치료쾌속，차치료만의도교고，술후복발솔화원처전이솔교저。
Objective:To explore the effect of treatment of breast conserving operation for breast cancer patients in the early stage. Methods:48 cases with early breast cancer were selected from November 2011 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into the group A and group B.24 cases in group A were treated with radical resection.24 cases in group B were treated with breast conserving operation.We observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In group B,operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the group A;the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than group A;treatment satisfaction was higher than that of group A;recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate were lower than group A.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of breast conserving operation for breast cancer patients in the early stage is better;intraoperative bleeding is less;the treatment is fast;treatment satisfaction is high;the rate of recurrence and distant metastasis after operation are lower.
